Can You Create a Sun?

I can totally understand being at odds with religious superstition. However, it is illogical to think that the universe responsible for creating human consciousness does not have a consciousness with which to create. Religion was created by man; man was not created by religion. But if you have conscious awareness of the self, then the universe, which came before you, must have conscious awareness of self, even if we do not comprehend it's potential. We are droplets in the ocean of consciousness.

And now for a poem I wrote:

We can just kill each other until the end of time
Or can we learn to rhyme, realize it is time
To let love rule instead of burning down the school
The Earth is a place where we learn our lessons;
Just another group of souls living in repression
Living in repression, haven't we learned our lesson?
We can split the atom but can we put one together?
So who can do that? Do you feel like a god because you destroy?
Because you destroy?
Try creating a consciousness; try building a planet
Can you make the sun? Did you form a universe?
You are no god if you kill, just another pawn serving Lucifer's will
How will we ever have kingdom come with an atom bomb?
With an atom bomb? With an atom bomb...
Civilization has not advanced; we've regressed
